The Georgia Association for Women Lawyers (GAWL) is a nonprofit corporation serving to support the diverse interests and needs of women lawyers in Georgia. The collection consists of administrative files, programs, scrapbooks, and audiovisual materials ranging from 1916-2016.

The collection is comprised of documents kept by President Merchurea Chase Williams, and include policies, minutes, bylaws, articles, correspondence, applications, and directories, 1988-1994, describing the association's activities to insure the quality of library and media resources in public schools, throughout Georgia.

Formed in 1986, Georgians for Choice brought together a number of women's organizations in an effort to greater impact the protection and expansion of women's reproductive freedom in Georgia. The records consist of correspondence and printed material, as well as minutes and agendas, financial records, legal records, photographs, audio-visual records, and artifacts including textiles, that document the legislative, organizational, advocacy, and educational work of the organization.

The Hillsborough County Central Labor Council (Fla.) collection consists of correspondence from 1972.

This collection consists of one folder of correspondence and greeting cards from the files of Hugh Mercer, Jr., son of Johnny Mercer’s half-brother.

The International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers Artifact collection comprises a wide variety of artifacts, including charters, photographs, paintings, posters, banners, certificates, and tool kits, 1888-circa 2000. The items were created or received by IAMAW's officers, headquarters, and local lodges. The collection includes the contents of the "Time Capsule of 1955" placed in the cornerstone of the union's then headquarters.

The collection consists of records of District Lodge 46 (Atlanta, Ga.) of the International Association of Machinists from 1937-1965. Consists primarily of correspondence and contracts relating to union recognition and contract negotiation.

IAMAW Local Lodge 37 was chartered on July 11, 1899, and dissolved in the late 1980s. Its records relate to the day-to-day activities of a major New Orleans union and its relationship to the International headquarters, and include constitutions, bylaws, minutes, correspondence, agreement reports, financial records, membership cards and artifacts.

The International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers, Local Lodge 721 (Durham, N.C.) records contain mainly legal documents,1942-1990. The legal records cover arbitrations over labor disputes between IAM and Wright's Machinery as well as Sperry Electro Components.

The International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers, Local Lodge 1053 (Buffalo, N.Y.) records contains letters, disbursement reports, newsletters, printed materials, financial reports and related materials, 1955-1959.

Members of International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers, Local Lodge 1650 (Kansas City, Mo.) worked in the airline industry. The records of the local are comprised of ledger books, bylaws, contract agreements, and some reference materials, 1941-2002.

The International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers (IAM) has represented the interests of machinists, engineers, and aerospace workers since the late 19th century. Included within this collection from the IAM's central office are letters to the executive board, union decisions, correspondence, video cassettes, photography, and film reels, circa 1930s-1990s.
