ACTWU Convention photo
Workers United, Southern Region Records, 1980-2013, consist of contracts, grievances, negotiation materials, correspondence, constitutions and videotapes. Most of the material comes from the "Bi-County" area that overlaps northern North Carolina and southern Virginia, although other areas covered by the Southern Region of Workers Unite and its predecessors are documented.

The Papers, 1937-1970 (1974) of F. H. "Pug" King (1899-1974) are composed of correspondence, newspaper articles, photographs and artifacts illuminating his union and civic affairs. As Business Agent, 1938-1962, for IAM District Lodge 46, he participated in organizing campaigns and contract negotiations, as well as representing the District Lodge in court proceedings. Principal correspondents include the IAM, Federal Order of Eagles, Georgia Federation of Labor and Fulton County Court.
