This series includes the records of three presidents: William Suttles (1988-1989); John Palms (1989-1991), and Sherman Day (1991-1992). The records reflect the continuing growth of the university, and also the efforts made by the university to improve Atlanta downtown area through programs such as CAP and Auburn Avenue Revitalization.
