In Atlanta, Carole Ashkinaze wrote about a number of controversial issues including the Equal Rights Amendment, abortion, women's rights, feminism, poverty, health-care, politics, education and race. The Carole Ashkinaze papers are organized into three series consisting of manuscript materials (correspondence), printed materials (her columns, research articles and articles written about Carole Ashkinaze), and finally photographs and artifacts.

IAMAW Local Lodge 37 was chartered on July 11, 1899, and dissolved in the late 1980s. Abstract: Randy Razook was a member of the Professional Air Traffic Controllers Organization (PATCO) and worked for the Eastern region in the state of Massachusetts. He served as president of Local 229, Hyannis Tower and Choirboy for Clusters 28 and 29 of the Eastern region, organizing all striking controllers in this area. Abstract: Ron Elliott was a member of PATCO (Professional Air Traffic Controllers Organization) and worked as an air traffic controller for 11 years. Elliott served as a Choir Boy for Local 101 and the Atlanta cluster, organizing all striking controllers in the Metro Atlanta area.
