Correspondence is organized first by year, then alphabetically within that year. The majority of documents found within these folders include letters from the business representatives, recording secretaries and financial secretaries of Local Lodge 37 to their counterparts on the Grand Lodge level. Other items include official and unofficial circulars, voting results and meeting minutes.
