Scope and Content of the Papers
This collection contains correspondence, newspaper clippings, circulars, flyers, leaflets, contracts, pamphlets, and company advertisements collected throughout Harry Moore's career as a union organizer from 1962-1970. The collection concerns company resistance to GBBA organizing activities in North and South Carolina as well as competition between the GBBA and the Textile Workers Union of America (TWUA).

Harry Moore was the Director of Legislation for the Glass Bottle Blowers Association of the United States and Canada. He also served as a union organizer for the GBBA.
