Printed material including clippings, press releases, and reports, legal documents and correspondence reflect McLennan's engagement with this issue. Though the bulk of the subseries consists of collected material, it documents the organization of the Georgia Council on Family Violence, which McLennan lobbied the state legislature to create in 1992, and Atlanta Mayor Bill Campbell's Task Force on Domestic Violence, which she co-chaired in 1996.
