Scope and Content of the Subseries
Notes, correspondence, meeting agendas, legal documents, printed material including clippings and reports, and one photographic print record McLennan's activities as a lobbyist, advocate, and task force member. The subseries primarily documents McLennan's service on the Georgia Welfare Reform Task Force in 1992, and her activities on behalf of the Public Assistance Coalition and Georgia NOW in response to the welfare reform proposals put forth by Governor Zell Miller's administration in 1993.
