Topics include a planned 1978 visit to Atlanta by labor representatives from the Soviet Union, AFL-CIO provision of education on labor topics to branches of the National Defense University, and a 1974 workplace discrimination lawsuit against AFL-CIO Region 5 by African-American staff member Emmett Doe.
