Scope and Content of the Series
The Big Joy Digital Collection, which is entirely online in GSU's Digital Collections, consists of the interviews shot for Stephen Silha's Big Joy film, 2009-2011, and performances of James Broughton songs and poems with compositions by Ludar, 2013. Performers at the concert, organized by Georgia State University Special Collections and Archives and the Atlanta Queer Literary Festival, include Franklin Abbott, Sam Hagan, and Janet Metzger, accompanied by Bob Strain.
