International Brotherhood of Teamsters Constitution, 1991

The Jimi Richards collection, 1988-2003, contains correspondence, organizing materials, agreements, bylaws, local newsletters and other printed material, case documents, election materials, and videos, that document the International Brotherhood of Teamsters (IBT) Local 728 and Local 528 (Atlanta, Ga.). Notable topics include cases of IBT election fraud, employee termination, and unfair labor practices by Georgia companies such as Overnite Transportation Company, as well as documents and VHS tapes pertaining to the efforts at organizing and reform at Overnite Transportation Company, both locally and internationally.
