The show was produced by 7 Stages Theatre and opened on February 10, 2011 and was recast and renamed for an opening on September 13, 2012. Includes a prop list (2 leaves). Heavily annotated script. 32 leaves numbered in pencil. -- Another copy. Very different form the first copy. This one also includes cast list (2 leaves). Heavily annotated with notes. [63] leaves total. -- Several more copies (averaging around 26 pages each), two shorter texts with chord notations.
