Scope and Content of the Series
Series II contains contracts and agreements, the bulk of which are between IAM and Trans World Airlines (TWA), with additional contracts between other unions and TWA. The agreements and corresponding contracts were created to avoid strikes through the means of arbitration, mediation and bargaining as a way for the airline industries to resolve disputes.
