Scope and Contents of the Sound Recording
This recording by WRED Radio, Voice of the Veterans Administration Hospital in Philadelphia, on the Hospital Broadcasting System, of a talk by National Federation of Federal Employees (NFFE) National Representative A. C. Grams about the background, role, and accomplishments of the NFFE. A primary NFFE goal is better government through improved personnel administration. The NFFE has helped to secure a classification system, leave, 5-day work weeks, pay increases, promotions, overtime pay, night differential, and improved health standards for federal employees.
