Office files sub series contains the day to day operating documents from 1981-2011 of 7 Stages. Agreements between actors and 7 Stages, Actors Equity Association files, Atlanta Theatre Coalition minutes and correspondence advocating for the Arts and correspondence regarding possible shows. There are also stage manager files and the long range planning, programming, renovations, rentals and house management reports.

Series I: Textiles is comprised of two Subseries. Subseries A: T-shirts, contains the 80 shirts decorated for the 2002 Clothesline Project. Subseries B: Quilts includes two quilts that were created for the 2002 Project. Panels on the quilts were individually decorated and then sewn together to make the quilts.
