Biographical Note

William S. Patrick (1927-2017) was an administrator at Georgia State University (GSU). Over a 36 year career at GSU, he served as registrar, dean of admissions, and vice president for student services. A veteram of the second world war, Dr. Patrick earned degrees at GSU and the Georgia Institute of Technology.
