Biographical Note
Charles Robert Leake graduated Georgia State University (then known as the University of Georgia Atlanta Division) in 1951. A member of Delta Sigma Pi fraternity, he was involved in the Fraternal Investment Company, a real estate investment company founded by fraternity brothers.
