The subseries documents the Special Committee on Structure, 1970-1975, named by BRAC's International President under authorization of the Executive Council, which was charged with investigating the forms and types of union structure in existence, examining written proposals, and soliciting suggestions for the improvement of the present structure from membership, officers, and committees.
