Contents include 1965 correspondence between NILE Director Joseph Mire, Southern Regional Council Director Leslie Dunbar, and E.T. Kehrer regarding the planning and funding of a program of training workshops for union members on human relations and social issues, proposal documents for that program, and a report by Mire on one of the workshops held at the University of Georgia in 1966.
