The Fair Employment Practices Committee, Collection, 1943-1946, consists of information on the March on Washington Movement, the Congress of Racial Equality, a plan to picket the Capitol in an effort to force the Senate to consider an anti-poll tax bill, and an attempt to force the Capitol Transit Company to hire Negroes.
