The Records, 1974, of the Amalgamated Clothing and Textile Workers Union (ACTWU), Southern Textile Regional Office, consist of six volumes of court hearings. Three volumes contain hearings from a civil case involving the National Labor Relations Board and the J.P. Stevens Company, June 4-6, 1974. Three other volumes contain hearings from an NLRB case involving J.P. Stevens Company and the Textile Workers Union of America, June 17-19, 1974. Both cases were heard in North Carolina....
