From the Collection:
The collections of Ray Stepp, 1965-1976, are composed of correspondence which reveals the intended and later merging of North and South Carolina Pipe Trades Association with the Tennessee Pipe Trades Association. Included in the material are financial and legal documents, primarily consisting of insurance receipts, tax audit and Social Security earnings of Ray Stepp. There is a report about the Alaskan Pipeline in regard to union men not in Alaska's Locals.
