Scope and Content of the Records From the Collection: The records consist of Koven's office files and arbitration case files dating 1964-1989. Many of the cases pertain to wrongful termination suits as well as grievances between unions and private companies. Files may contain transcripts of the proceedings, correspondence between interested parties, written decisions, and billing and travel information.
