Elaine Taylor-Klaus advocated for women's reproductive rights and founded Vote Choice, a Georgia PAC, in 1990, she served as a Board member of Planned Parenthood of Georgia (PPG), and she was heavily involved in the Governor's Council of Maternal and Infant Health from 2001-2007.
