Biography of George Pearlman
George Pearlman was a retired tool and die maker who served as the unofficial historian for the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers in the 1970s. His research concluded the controversy over who was the "father" of Labor Day with evidence about Matt McGuire, a machinist.
