Historical Note about the Labor Heritage Foundation
Founded in 1983 and incorporated in 1984, the Labor Heritage Foundation is a non-profit organization intended to strengthen the labor movement through the use of music and arts. Its programs include the annual Great Labor Arts Exchange conference, maintaining the Inventory of American Labor Landmarks about historical sites, and administering awards and scholarship funds.
