Scope and Contents of the Cases

These files document Donald P. Crane's work as an arbitrator of labor disputes, 1970-1997, 2010-2016. Most of the 550-plus cases occurred in Georgia and Tennessee, though Crane rendered opinions on disputes throughout the South. The bulk of the files are chronologically arranged. The papers also contain professional periodicals, including an article by Crane.

Biography of Donald P. Crane

Donald P. Crane, a Professor of Management and Senior Associate in the W.T. Beebe Institute of Personnel and Employment Relations at Georgia State University in Atlanta, served as an arbitrator in labor-management disputes. Crane, who earned his doctorate at Georgia State, wrote a number of books on management issues.
