The local represented workers at Ford Motor Company's Atlanta Assembly Plant in Hapeville, Georgia, during its operation (1947-2006).

It represented workers at Ford Motor Company's Atlanta Assembly Plant in Hapeville, Georgia, during its operation (1947-2006). The records include minutes and resolutions, correspondence, financial material, strike material, grievances, arbitration, agreements, and education materials, 1940s-1980s. Topics include the integration of the Hapeville Ford plant and racial discrimination there.
