BRAC's Negotiating Committee was responsible for gaining better benefits and wages for members, and files in this subseries, 1960-1977, include benefit packages that were won over the years as well as information on the strikes that resulted when negotiations faltered, such as the controversial December 10, 1970 strike that threatened to shut down much of the nation.
