Scope and Content of the Series
Photographic subjects include: Company meetings, trade council meetings, award presentations, Grand Lodge convention dinners, the Crescent City Lodge 37 50th Anniversary party in 1949 and other fraternal events. The companies featured in the photographs include American Can, Canco, Higgins Incorporated, Haggard Machine Works, Mason-Rust, Prager, Takewal Wilden Manufacturing and strike images at National Gypsum Company. Individuals identified in the photographs include John Whelan and Joe Rizzuto.
