The United Steel Workers of America (1972-1980) Series III includes records from Adkins’ work as Sub-District Director of District 35 in Atlanta, Georgia (1972-1980). Collective Bargaining files mainly consist of USWA contracts arranged by local union number (1950-1979). A few files containing correspondence and negotiations are arranged alphabetically (1973-1983) and Arbitration and Grievances are arranged numerically from 1973-1980. Companies include: Bonnell Company Inc. (1973-1980), National Steel (formerly Stran Steel) (1975-1977), Roper Pump Company (1975), Keystone Resource, Inc. (1977), and Roper Power Company (1979-1980).
