This series contains annual reports (1971-1972, 1980-1987), monthly reports (1968-1970), and system communication directories (1972, 1984-1986) that provide information about company earnings and growth. It also contains fact sheets, audiovisual materials, and information about company health plans and contracts, retirement plans, and in-flight services. Artifacts include a ticket counter drawer that was used as a quick-reference telephone number guide, logo-imprinted glassware, tea towels, napkins, motion sickness bag, airline badges and pins, and award plaques.
