Scope and Content of the Series
Established in early 1977, shortly after Usery's transition from public office as Secretary of Labor to private life, Bill Usery Associates provided consultant services in the labor-management, conflict resolution, and productivity areas of workplace issues. Usery was personally involved in almost all phases of the firm's evaluation, contract and mediation work for private companies and government agencies. Similar materials will be found in Series IV and X.
