Scope and Content of the Series
Financial documents are divided into two subseries, as follows: A. GENERAL DOCUMENTS 1. Statements 2. Ledgers 3. Files B. PENSION FUND (Retirement Committee) DOCUMENTS 1. Statements 2. Files
The first subseries contains bank statements, ledgers, and general financial files (such as audit reports, valuations, tax documents) relating to Division 732 as a whole. Dues deduction reports and time reports are also among the general financial files. The second subseries consists of bank statements and general files (such as pension minutes and refunds) relating to Division 732's Pension Fund, otherwise known as the Retirement Committee.
