Scope and Content of the Subseries

Subseries B: Board membership, foundation documents, 1990-2002, includes a board members' manual, lists of board members, and early statements of the mission and activities of the AWF. The manual, conflict of interest statements, and lists were added to this series from Davis's office records. The 1991 case statement, fact sheet, and organization document (in folders so titled) were in Jennifer Echols's files. Other copies, including drafts and notes, are in Series II, Subseries A, Sub-subseries 1-2.
