Subseries F. Office subject files, 1971-circa 2000 (bulk 1986-1997), contains the office's subject files, mainly covering materials generated by other domestic violence organizations rather than by the GABWC, and kept by the organization for reference. (For materials directly related to GNADV and GABWC, see especially Series I, Subseries A, B, C, and E.) The materials in Subseries F cover a number of issues and concerns relating to advocacy of battered women and children, including health care issues, elder abuse, rape, stalkers, and men stopping violence. Series F also includes two small artifactual items, a small graphic of a grieving woman and a matchbook cover. These two items are housed in folders with the other materials in Subseries F. Folders are arranged alphabetically by folder title.
