Scope and Contents of the Series
Files KNA maintained on its districts may include copies of minutes and meeting notices; constitutions and bylaws; letters between the district and its officers and the central office; reports by the district to the executive secretary; membership and financial records maintained by the executive office; and occasional files on special district projects in larger districts (e.g. first district refresher course) are arranged in numerical order by district and chronologically within each district subseries. Files of general notices sent to all districts are in Series IV.
Some printed district constitutions from accession L1978-20 were separated to the Southern Labor Archives Printed Collection. See list of separated materials.
