Nursing Care Facilities [L1991-01], 1974-1976

Files created on KNA's Special Interest Groups and Sections (now known as Councils) may contain incoming and outgoing correspondence, minutes, reports, occasional membership lists, minimum employment standards, and records of workshops. The files are arranged in alphabetical order by the name of the section and chronologically within each subseries. Sections occasionally change their name, and all section records are filed under the last name used (for example, the Psychiatric Section files include files created by the old Mental Health Special Interest Group). The Public Health and Occupational Health sections are an exception. They merged to form the Community Health Section in 1973, but because their older files are extensive, they are filed under the original section names.

Not all sections/special interest groups are represented in these files, and there are only scattered files for most sections.
