Newspaper clippings, 1952

This series contains a number of different published materials produced by GNA other organizations. Included in this series are Georgia Nursing, 1945-1984 (the official publication of the association) as well as a handful of district newsletters and section publications. In addition there are a few issues of various Georgia hospital publications and alumnae association newsletters. Also included are Capital Commentary, 1965-1976 which details the national political scene as seen by the American Nurses' Association; and a set of nurse rosters, 1926-1972, published by the Georgia State Board of Examiners for Nurses. Finally, the series includes newspaper clippings ranging from 1935 to 1973.

A few printed materials were separated from the collection during an earlier processing project and are located in the Southern Labor Archives Pamphlet collection (see List of Separated Material following Detailed Description of the Collection).
