This subseries contains responses to a questionnaire, sponsored by the Georgia Department of Labor, to all registered nurses in Georgia. The survey collects basic professional and demographic information and also asks whether the nurse has taken or would be interested in taking a refresher course. The files are organized alphabetically by county, and alphabetically by last name within each county.
