Scope and Contents of the Subseries
Subseries A consists of Dr. Fowlkes' papers, articles, and book chapters, arranged alphabetically by title. Notes, drafts, and correspondence, as well as typescripts and offprints of final copies are included here.
For the book manuscript Feminist Visions: Toward a Transformation of the Liberal Arts Curriculum (University of Alabama Press, 1984), which was an anthology of essays resulting from the Women's Educational Equity Act project entitled "A Model for Gender-Balancing the General Curriculum in Higher Education," see G1984-16 in the Georgia State University University Archives, especially Boxes 8 and 10.
