In this interview tape 1 of 2, conducted by his oldest son Frank Richmond Heselton, Jr., Heselton Sr. answers questions about his family history, childhood, education, career, membership in labor unions, and other topics related to his life's journey.

Scope and Contents of the Sound Recording [tape 2]

In the second tape of the interview with Frank Richmond Heselton, Sr., he dives further into his career progression after graduating from MIT in 1933. Heselton Sr. focuses on his union work after he joined the National Federation of Federal Employees (NFFE) in 1942, his various capacities as a labor union official, his time serving as a delegate in national labor conventions, and reflects on his life as a whole.
