Consists of correspondence of E.T. Kehrer with Ray Moore, news anchor for television station WSB-TV in Atlanta, Georgia. Kehrer wrote to congratulate Moore for delivering a 1966 editorial criticizing apathy towards African American poverty and urban decay in Atlanta. Also includes a transcript of the editorial.
