Consists of correspondence and documents of E.T. Kehrer related to assistance programs for sharecroppers in the U.S. south. Contents include letters from representatives of the National Sharecroppers Fund requesting input from Kehrer on the Fund's rural training projects, a proposal from the Southern Consumers' Cooperative for the establishment of an educational foundation, and a Southern Consumers' Cooperative brochure.
