Consists of correspondence of E.T. Kehrer with James J. McGuire and John P. Sisson of the National Catholic Conference for Interracial Justice (NCCIJ). Topics include plans to coordinate opposition to a 1966 sales tax increase in Louisiana and plans for the activity of the NCCIJ's Project Equality initiative. Also includes a 1969 Commonweal magazine article on Walter Reuther, forwarded to Kehrer by Sisson.
