Consists of correspondence of E.T. Kehrer with civil rights activist Aileen C. Hernandez. Contents include a 1965 letter from Kehrer congratulating Hernandez on her appointment to the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and a response from Kehrer to Hernandez's 1966 Christmas card, noting Hernandez' resignation from the EEOC and her role in helping found the National Organization for Women (NOW).
