Consists of correspondence of E.T. Kehrer with Frances Furlow, Director of the State Bar of Georgia's Prison Project. Furlow requests Kehrer's input on a grant project being developed by the State Bar to research new approaches to prison labor, and later complains of a lack of response from Georgia State AFL-CIO leaders.
