Scope and Contents
Consists of correspondence of E.T. Kehrer with staff and individuals involved with the Georgia Council on Economic Education (GCEE), a branch of the Joint Council on Economic Education founded in 1972 to improve economics instruction in Georgia colleges and universities. Contents include requests for Kehrer's participation in workshops and courses, discussion of a dispute over Georgia State University's role in supporting the GCEE, and a letter to Kehrer from AFL-CIO economist Nathaniel Goldfinger encouraging Kehrer to forcefully promote the union perspective while working with the GCEE.
