Consists of correspondence of E.T. Kehrer in his role as President of the Georgia Citizens' Coalition on Hunger (GCCH), primarily with GCCH Directors J. Andrew Lipscomb and Rick Bent, who managed the GCCH Food Stamp Outreach Program. Topics include funding of GCCH and the Outreach program, efforts to expand food stamp usage and accessibility in Georgia, and the organization of opposition to food stamp reforms backed by Georgia Senator Herman Talmadge
