Consists of correspondence of E.T. Kehrer in his role as President of the Georgia Citizens' Coalition on Hunger (GCCH), primarily with GCCH Directors J. Andrew Lipscomb and Rick Bent, who managed the GCCH Food Stamp Outreach Program.
