Scope and Contents
Consists of correspondence of E.T. Kehrer regarding the Black Image Theatre project. Funded by the Model Cities Program, the Greater Atlanta Arts Council planned the creation of a community theatre that would produce works by African American playwrights and authors, and Kehrer assisted the council in finding union labor for the project. Also includes reports on the Greater Atlanta Arts Council's activities.
